If there’s any profession that a nursing career in the pediatric ICU prepared Laura Wiswall for, it was real estate. Making patients feel at ease, staying calm under pressure, listening with empathy, communicating well, and taking care of critical details – those transferable traits come in handy while meeting her clients’ needs and addressing their concerns. Though Laura treasures the life-changing difference she made helping families through a difficult season, she now takes joy in seeing a face light up as clients learn an offer came in or was accepted.

With five rental properties in her own portfolio, she likes working with other investors and clients to help them understand that they too can upgrade thier lifestyle. By giving them an exceptional experience she fullfills her desire to help and support people as they navigate the housing market with her expertise. She goes to bat for her clients in negotiations, and they say that she is a good listener, takes inititative, and makes thier transition seamless.

In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, reading, hanging out with family and friends, and going for walks in the historic Oak Cliff neighborhood where she lives with her husband and three cats.
